Schools may now create customized forms, and send them to students and parents with Boardingware.

To respond to a form as a parent:

You will receive an email which reads “[School name] has invited you to submit [Form name]”

In the email, read the description and click the link displaying “Submit Form”
There may be a file attached to the email.

The link will open a web page, fill out all the available fields.
Sections marked with an apostrophe (*) are compulsory.

Submit the form by clicking “Submit” at the bottom of the page
