Click the link in the email you receive to begin submitting the form(s).
This will open a report of the Form in your web browser. The report will list the students that require a response to the form.
Click a student’s name to open their individual form. Log the appropriate responses and then press Submit.
On the confirmation page, select the Back button to return to the full list of students.
Continue logging responses for students until all responses have been collected. Once responses are logged, they will be visible in the Platform view under Forms, in the Activity Feed (depending on visibility settings), and in the student’s profile.
