If your devices are not displaying what seems to be the most up to date information, we recommend that you try the below steps. 

  1. Tap, hold and drag down on your Boardingware home page to complete a manual sync
  2. Check your App Store / Play Store for updates and update if there is an option to
  3. Log out and back in
  4. Delete your app and download the app again.
