If your devices are not displaying what seems to be the most up to date information, we recommend that you try the below steps.
- Tap, hold and drag down on your Boardingware home page to complete a manual sync
- Check your App Store / Play Store for updates and update if there is an option to
- Log out and back in
- Delete your app and download the app again.
