As it stands, Boardingware administrators cannot edit or set notifications for staff members. These will need to be set by the account holder. Below are the steps on how each staff member can set their permissions.
1. Select 'My Account' from the 'Profile Icon' drop down. (In the top right-hand corner of your screen)
2. Click the 'Notifications' category. You can toggle the 'All Students' section if you are only wanting notifications for a certain house or group.
Then simply select all the situations you would like to receive notifications for.
Once these settings are saved you will begin receiving email and/or push notifications to any iOS device you're logged into. Note: Push notifications show when the App is running in the background, on lock screen.
You will also see a tally of notifications in the badge icon format as shown below
