Active records

If a student is currently gated, you can hover over their gating icon and then click to expand on the drop box

The student's active record will open with all gating history and notes attached

Past records

If a student's gating duration is in the past, you will be able to review their record within the student's profile. Simply open your student's profile and filter to the gating option in your filters. 

NB: These records will also be logged on your Activity Feed. The record will be logged on the date that the gating was activated.
