There are a few ways in which you can access your past rolls. The first is to Navigate to the 'Activity' section, located at the bottom of the left-side menu of the Homeboard. If you do not see the roll you are looking for here, make sure the date range is set appropriately and you are not filtered into the incorrect house. Click on the summary to edit (see below instructions).

The second way it to select the Roll Check button at the top right of the Homeboard, then 'Past Rolls'.

Select any recently completed roll (note the ability to filter by date range and roll type.)

Click on the arrow button to the far right of any status, then on the pencil icon to make edits to the roll. Click on the status bubble or on the sidebar menu to change what was recorded, and write a note if applicable. Click on the save button at the top of the window when you are finished.

iOS App

Select the Roll button at the top left of the page then 'Past Rolls'

Use date filter to navigate to a specific date or scroll to find the roll you wish to review and then tap on the roll

This will show you a breakdown of the various statuses. Tap any line to view those students.

By tapping on the roll status, the system will display the list of students under this result. To begin editing, click the 'Edit' button in the top right corner.

Editing is done the same way as when you take the roll. You will see on this screenshot that there is blue icon near the pastoral note. This shows that a note has been added. It also notes when and who edited the record.
