From an internet browser
On the log in page, click "Can't Login?"
Input your email address and select Send
From the iOS app within your account:
Tap the 'more' option on your navigation bar
Select 'My Account'
Tap 'Change Password'
Select confirm on the pop up to send a reset password link your email
Once you have requested to reset your password you will receive an email like below to your inbox with a link to reset your password, click on the link.
The link will navigate you to a page where you can input your new password. Click confirm to update your password
From within your account on the web application:
Select 'My Account'.
Click the three dots and then select 'Reset Password'
Input existing password and new password, then click 'Save'.
