If you are connecting to Orah for the first time, simply click the Connect to my child link

The create account option prompts you to fill out a sign-up form. Ensure all your information is correct, agree to the terms and conditions, then click next.

Your account creation is now complete.

Approving your child's pass request

When your child applies for a pass that requires your endorsement, you will receive an email notification asking for your endorsement. To review your child’s pass request, go to the Pending My Endorsement page.

This page will display a list of pass requests pending your approval. Select the request to view the pass details.

Once reviewed, choose to either confirm or decline the pass. You can also add in a message which will be seen by all parties in the pass process. Your child’s school will see if you have given your permission and take this into account when giving the final approval. Once the school has made the final decision you will receive an email notification.

Approving your child's pass request via email

When your child requires your permission for a pass you will receive an email with a link to the pass details.

Simply click the link and review the details within the form and then either confirm or decline the pass request.

Once the school has made the final decision you will be sent a confirmation email.

Applying for a Pass on behalf of your child

To apply for a pass on behalf of your child, select New Pass from the drop-down menu

Select the student and pass type you will like to apply for.

Fill out all the pass information and click request. Your child and the school will be notified of your request. As soon as the school confirms your request you will be sent a confirmation email.
